The linseed treatment makes a very durable long lasting rope with a lot of weight and feel. Linseed treated ropes will stiffen up in the cold and wet. They have the weight of a poly but will stand up for a heel trap in the branding pen. They are a great summer rope, and work great for doctoring. They take a while to get broke in, but have a feel that only gets better with time.
